This itinerary included sites to visit along the way, as well as accommodation and restaurants recommended by travel experts. 100 years later, Michelin Editions created the first Fabuleux Itin\u00e9raires Michelin: itineraries based on the same principle of accompanying the traveller through each stage of his day, this time from a thematic angle.
