L’Aventure Michelin offers delivery anywhere in France and around the world:

Click and collect: collect your purchase directly from the Aventure Michelin shop – 32 Rue du Clos Four – 63100 Clermont-Ferrand. The Michelin Adventure Boutique will confirm the availability of your order by email. The Boutique is open from 10:30 am to 6 pm, depending on the opening days of L’Aventure Michelin.

Colis Vert delivery service: an eco-friendly delivery service using cargo bikes equipped with trailers and a hydrogen-powered Renault Kangoo utility vehicle. All delivery requests received by 12 noon will be delivered the same day. Delivery available in the vicinity of Clermont-Ferrand (63000-63100), Chamalières (63400), Royat (63130), Beaumont (63110), Aubière (63170), Pérignat Les Sarliève (63170), Romagnat (63540), Ceyrat (63122) and Durtol (63830)

Colissimo delivery: Colissimo ensures the carbon neutrality of all its deliveries since 2012. Committed to an ambitious environmental policy, Colissimo is constantly working to reduce its CO2 emissions (fleet of electric vehicles, optimized loading, investment in industrial facilities, use of electricity generated from 100% renewable energy).

The maximum weight of shipments in France cannot exceed 30 kg. For shipments outside of France, the limit is 15 kg.

Mondial Relay : Mondial Relay makes respect for the social and societal environment a major objective. This approach is broken down as follows: reducing and offsetting emissions by delivering only in Points Relais® in France, an optimized delivery method that limits CO2 emissions thanks to its ability to deliver several dozen parcels simultaneously to one point. The same transports are used for the delivery and the collection of parcels, thus avoiding empty trucks.

If a delivery failure occurs, the parcel is at your disposal at the Point Relais®, you can recover it at the day and time that suits you during 14 days.
