What is 3D Secure payment?
The 3D SECURE system was developed to prevent fraudulent credit and debit card payments made without having the physical card. In practical terms, you enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code as usual. You are then redirected to your bank’s website, where you are asked to enter information that only you have access to, which proves that you are really the cardholder. Banks can use the authentication process of their choice (password, code sent by text, birthdate, electronic key system, etc.).
Changing or cancelling an order
How do I change my order?
If you have already paid: you will need to contact Customer Service (boutique@laventure.michelin.com). We will try to stop shipping for your order, if possible. However, once it has been picked up by La Poste or delivered to Mondial Relay, we can no longer make any changes to your order.
If you have not paid yet: changing your order is easy. Just click on Prec. (Back) or use the back arrow on your browser to return to the previous pages. Your entire order is fully modifiable until you have paid.
