Placing an order
How do I order a product?

What is 3D Secure payment?
The 3D SECURE system was developed to prevent fraudulent credit and debit card payments made without having the physical card. In practical terms, you enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV code as usual. You are then redirected to your bank’s website, where you are asked to enter information that only you have access to, which proves that you are really the cardholder. Banks can use the authentication process of their choice (password, code sent by text, birthdate, electronic key system, etc.).
Changing or cancelling an order
How do I change my order?
If you have already paid: you will need to contact Customer Service (email@example.com). We will try to stop shipping for your order, if possible. However, once it has been picked up by La Poste or delivered to Mondial Relay, we can no longer make any changes to your order.
If you have not paid yet: changing your order is easy. Just click on Prec. (Back) or use the back arrow on your browser to return to the previous pages. Your entire order is fully modifiable until you have paid.
How do I cancel my order?
If you have already paid: you will need to contact Customer Service (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will try to stop shipping for your order, if possible. However, once it has been picked up by La Poste or delivered to Mondial Relay, we can no longer cancel your order.
If you have not paid yet: changing your order is easy. Just click on Prec. (Back) or use the back arrow on your browser to return to the previous pages. Everything can be modified before payment.
Shipping and delivery
What shipping options are available?
You can choose delivery by Mondial Relay or Colissimo, or by Livraison Colis Vert if your live in or near Clermont-Ferrand. You can also choose the Click and Collect option to pick up your order at L’Aventure Michelin.
How do I change my delivery address?
Once your package has been delivered to Colissimo or Mondial Relay, we can no longer update your delivery address. We will prepare your order for shipping within 24 hours (outside weekends), so please call us as soon as possible at +33 (0)4 73 98 60 60 or email us at email@example.com to change your address.
How do I track my order?
You can track orders shipped by Colissimo at: http://www.coliposte.net and orders shipped by Mondial Relay at: https://www.mondialrelay.fr/suivi-de-colis/
How soon will my order arrive once it is confirmed?
Delivery time is 3 to 5 days for Mondial Relay and 2 to 3 days for Colissimo.
Can I pick up my order at L’Aventure Michelin?
You can use the Click and Collect option to pick up your order at L’Aventure Michelin: L’Aventure Michelin store – 32 Rue du Clos Four – 63 100 Clermont-Ferrand.
The L’Aventure Michelin store will call or email you to notify you that your order is ready for pick-up. You can pick it up during store hours (10 am to 6 pm). Free parking is available.
Do you deliver outside France?
Yes, via Colissimo (15 kg weight limit).
Returns and refunds
What should I do if I’m not happy with an item or if something is damaged or missing?
Please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and remember to attach photos if the item is defective.
How are purchase refunds issued?
By bank transfer.
When will my return be credited?
That depends on your bank’s processing time.
