THE MICHELIN GUIDE PODCAST SERIES

In spring 2025, the MICHELIN guide launched a series of online podcasts featuring renowned female chefs. The initiative aimed to highlight the work and fulfilment of women in the still very male-dominated fields of gastronomy and hospitality.

This first season opens with five exceptional women: Anne-Sophie Pic, Sarah Benhamed, Nadia Sammut, Blanche Loiseau and Georgiana Viou. Five stories now transcribed in this collection, enriched with photos and recipes to shed even more light on the history, careers, commitments and ideas of these women who are passionate about their profession.
