The concept was inspired by the famous Michelin Itinerary Office, founded in 1925: a service then staffed by 120 employees who, on request, sent a personalized itinerary tailored to the traveler’s needs, to suggest the most pleasant route.This itinerary included sites to visit along the way, as well as accommodation and restaurants recommended by travel experts. 100 years later, Michelin Editions created the first fabulous itineraries Michelin: itineraries based on the same principle of accompanying the traveler through each stage of his day, this time from a thematic angle.
